The members of Koawood Real Estate and Koawood Property Services, Inc. have a true passion for preservation. They believe that there is value in treasuring and honoring aspects of real estate from a time in the past. There is a special warmth that comes from architecture, finishes, or details from older homes that cannot be replicated or remade. We believe there are great ways to create a modern interior/aesthetic that still honors the charm from an older home and established neighborhood.
