Becca has held her Texas Real Estate License since 2014. Becca grew up in Far North Dallas, graduated from Richardson Independent Schools and earned degrees from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship & Finance with Real Estate Concentration. Becca was named as a D Magazine BEST Realtor in 2020. She currently serves on the board, as President, of the Realtors Supporting Richardson Schools organization.
Becca truly has a passion for the joy that homes can bring. She loves to help guide and educate her clients about the real estate process and decisions about their home - the core of people’s lives. She also believes that appreciating the uniqueness of homes and enhancing their special qualities can bring such joy to those who live there! She loves helping find the hidden potential or magic in a home - which can be brought to live by any level of cosmetic changes.
Finally, Becca has a special appreciation for preservation. She loves to honor unique architectural details from homes built decades ago. She has a strong appreciation for preserving these special aspects that aren’t easily replicated and tell a story of homes from those times.
Becca resides in Richardson, TX with her husband, Nate Jacoy.
